- Provide support to the Operations Team in reviewing quotes and challenging suppliers where necessary
- Conduct regular supplier meetings to work through operational challenges
- Demonstrate value to the client in commercially reviewing contracts, schedule of rates and quoted works
- Build strong and cooperative relationships with all the key stakeholders and suppliers
- Liaise with operational and finance team to resolve any commercial queries on daily basis
- Work with the Senior Management Team to prepare pricing of new opportunities
- Review and improve commercial and pricing models to make sure they are optimised and fit for purpose
- Knowledge of Facilities Management
- Experience in supplier and/or commercial management
