Our AI Division specializes in various AI markets in conjunction with our wider Software, CRM, ERP, Blockchain & Engineering teams.

We are looking for an ambitious senior consultant to come in with established 360 recruitment experience (Perm, Contract or both) As part of an established AI brand in industry and growing team of AI specialist recruiters, you'll build on current relationships while reaching to new clients and candidates to build you're own charter and vision.

As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions.

Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

Relationship building
Leadership and building of a high performing team
Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
Develop candidate network within your designated field
Internal and onsite / offsite training
Holiday targets
Flexible working hours
Hybrid / Remote Working (We are based in central Manchester but have employees across the UK)
Experience recruiting in Software / AI internationally is preferred.
