Grafton Banks Finance are working with a locally well-known commercial company in Maidstone, Kent to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

Joining a busy Finance team and reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsiblefor supporting in the smooth running of the day to day finances.


Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining invoice register
  • Commission calculations
  • Adding new suppliers and clients
  • Ensure job costing accuracy
  • Fuel consumption analysis
  • Support sales/purchase ledger processing and debt chasing
  • Prepayments
  • Accruals
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
