    NFS, (Newcastle Furniture Service) is part of the commercial arm of YHN, we deliver and install furniture items to houses across the UK, predominantly in the North East, however we are growing rapidly and have new contracts covering the whole of the UK.

    Our success means we are looking for Customer Account Officer's to work in our account management team.

    You will be responsible for dealing with queries from both customers of YHN and other housing providers from all over the UK.

    You will be arranging deliveries and collections, liaising with our in-house logistics teams and other teams within YHN. The role will involve a mix of office and home-based duties.

    You must also possess a flexible approach to your work and be excited to work for a service whose aim is to help people live more comfortably in their homes.

    You will be working in a small team of account officers, supporting the Customer Support Team Leader and working closely with colleagues to offer our clients and customers a first class experience.
