We are a rapidly growing global Events and Exhibitions agency and we need an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who loves working in events and enjoys seeing projects through from conceptto completion.

Working from our Uxbridge office and on site at global events, we are looking for someone that can work diligently and independently using their own initiative and knowledge of account management around events and stand design.

An ideal opportunity for someonelooking to work within an established, supportive, ambitious company, that has an excellent wealth of knowledge.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key customer relations.
  • Presenting stand concepts to new and existing customers.
  • Working alongside the design and build teams.
  • Managing the timely, highquality delivery and build of stands.
  • Onsite management of stand build and customer relations.
  • Event debrief and customer follow up.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
  • Must have project management experience in events and exhibition industry.
  • Work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Organised and able to work under pressure.
  • Resilient and to be able to maintain a high level of selfmotivation.
