Your tasks as an IT systems electronics technician(m/f/d)

• Support for our EasyCADsoftware
• Contact person for our customerswhen it comes to technology
• 2D measurementtechnology, 3D measurement technology, 3D PRINT, CNC technology,video analysis systems
• Receiving supportrequests by phone and/or email and entering them into the ticketsystem Remote support via TeamViewer
• Independent work
• Co-development of our"EasyCAD" software
• Contributing to subjectareas that affect R & D
• Support of theinternal infrastructure
• Interest inimproving internal workflows

Your profile as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d)

• Sound knowledge of the currentMicrosoft operating systems
• Networkknowledge
• Analytical skills
• Customer-friendly approach
• Solution-oriented work
• Communication andteamwork skills
• Initial experience intelephone user support is an advantage
• Verygood knowledge of German, knowledge of English
• Openness to successfully complete new projects
