This is a rare and brilliant opportunity to become Executive Director of Operations for this wonderful fresh food independent award winning contract catering based in the South East.

Currently my client operations a mix of contracts ranging from Business & Industry to some of the most sought after and reputable and even enviable Independent schools in the South East.

Totaling around 120 clients with a combined annual turnover of circa £40 million and reputable contract caterer has been voted by the Times as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK.

That said my client also operates some wonderful B&I clients so if you had experience of working with B&I clients this would also be a plus

We are looking for someone with real personality and presence, someone who understands what it takes to develop and maintain strong stable client relationships and lead and motivate a dynamic team We are looking for someone ideally who has either worked with Independent Schools or has been to an Independent School yourself so that you are familiar with the nuances and have an understanding of the culture of what makes them tick - this is a growth area for my client so the fit is so important.

We need someone who can quickly gain the confidence of Head Teachers and Bursars and have strong emotional intelligence as well as a genuine passion for food
