Job Description:


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE25 as a GTM MI and Analytics Specialist, a key role within the GTM Sales Operations Team within Experian UK&I GTM.


Why this role?


This role will focus on continually evolving MI that helps manage and improve Sales team performance (for example, deeper understanding of sales pipeline, productivity, win/loss, performance, market dynamics etc).


Working across verticals, you will foster an insight-driven culture to build trust in the source of the data and present the insight in a clear and unbiased way, supporting pipeline growth and accuracy.


Key Areas of focus Include

  • Maintain a standardised MI suite across the region to support user selfservice
  • Building MI and Aanlytics that can scale across verticals and clients
  • Leverage best practice from across the industry and internally from other regions
  • Create new sustainable sales performance MI in Tableau/Power BI.
  • Build (design new reports, and build/write them in Tableau/Power BI) to give new sales MI. New reports will likely bring together complex datasets (salesforce, billing, revenue forecasting, program management and others) and require data linkage, as well as report design and build.
  • Ensure data is of high enough quality to support decision making
  • Review performance by analysing performance against target, as well as discerning trends, allowing performance to be understood.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for Sales teams to drive performance, for example through individual/team sales pipeline building, education/training opportunities to deliver improved sales win rates, and other areas.
  • Proactively highlight areas of risk and propose mitigation to ensure optimal sales execution.
  • Lead by example and drive adherence to and understanding of regulatory requirements and obligations.

Qualifications

  • Continued professional development at a high level
  • Tableau or PowerBI certification and MI and dashboarding experience
  • Salesforce accreditation advantageous

Experience

  • Tableau or PowerBI MI and report design and creation
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboarding
  • Working with large bluechip sales environment
  • Proven success in teambuilding and line management, to include coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Clear and adept communication skills at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Resultsorientated.
