Signature recruitment have partnered with a global offshore resourcing company in the search for an organised and detail orientated Logistics coordinator.
Working within the companies central Bristol office, you will carry out administrative tasks for the logistics team while supporting the wider office.
You will need to ensure that data and information is accurate and consistent across all platforms and all order and customs documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the inhouse consultants and the clients to ensure all compliance and administration documents are correctly documented and completed in a timely manner
- Resolve Pay queries
- Input all offshore personnel movements into the company database along with all other communications as required
- Inform personnel of all mobilisation/demobilisation details in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist the logistics and Recruitment team completing time sensitive tasks to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work within given timescales (both internal and external)
- Demonstrate flexibility, with the ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements.

- Up to £24,000 pa
