- Over 5 years B2B sales manager experience and commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills

ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team. We are in a high growth stage and looking for leaders who have a track record of delivering consistent outstanding results and love developing sales people. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer acquisition. Your passion, strategic mindset and leadership abilities will be crucial in driving our growth, achieving our goals and accelerating our success.
The role will report into the Head of Private Sector.
*This position requires 3+ days a week in our Hemel Hempstead offices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
This role will entail training, both within and outside of CAE, covering sales and interpersonal skills and vendor solutions.
