Sales & Events Manager

35K + Commission, OTE £50-60k+

London


You will be managing the sales & events for a busy hospitality venue that oozes with fun, detailed interior and endless capabilities.

As a manager, you will be looking after a team of 3-4 Execs developing their skills and maximising sales through variousstrategies.

The company itself offers great employee benefits, a strong support system with senior managers and plenty of progression opportunities.


Key Points:


  • Must have experience using Salesforce or a similar event booking
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Ensure the successful delivery of prebooked events
  • Build up the client database
  • Experience within event sales and have a proven track record
  • Superb communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work and act as a role model within the team
