We are looking for a HR Partner to join our HR and OD team.

Working on a full time basis as part of a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity for 9 months (possibility of extension).

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,478 - £46,549 per annum (pro rata for part time). Full time, part time and job share opportunities will be considered.


The HR Partner Role


You will provide support to the HR and ER Lead and ensure that all managers across our councils are provided with guidance and support in maintaining excellent employee relations and dealing with formal procedures in a robust and efficient way.


In this critical advisory role, you must oversee and ensure transparency in employee relations and drive a consistent, relevant, and fair approach across all areas of HR.


About you


Experience of driving a quality generalist HR service is essential and experience of working with trade unions would be preferred.
