The successful candidate will be responsible forassessing patient health problems and needs developing andimplementing nursing care plans and maintaining medicalrecords.

ROLEOVERVIEW:

• Assesspatient health by conducting physical examinations obtainingmedical histories and evaluating laboratoryresults.
  
• Administermedications and treatments as prescribed by aphysician.
  
• Providepatient education and emotional support to patients and theirfamilies.
  
• Maintainaccurate patientrecords.
  
• Coordinatewith other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive caretopatients.
  
• Monitorvital signs administer medications and observe changes in patientscondition.
  
• Ensurethat all safety regulations arefollowed.
