What you'll do:

Dealing with incoming queries and keeping us within SLA
Gaining a full understanding of the accounts payable processes and how to answer any query
Working with our colleagues to become one of the main focal points for questions
Monitoring trends and considering ways to improve processes to reduce the numbers of queries
Taking ownership of specific issues and working to the end of the process to ensure the best outcome for Sky, our stakeholders and our vendors

What you'll bring:

Working with the team here in SSC to streamline our processes, to help Sky be as successful as possible, as well as making the team here in Watermark the best it can be
Qualities we are looking for include teamwork, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive personality, ready to spot issues before they happen and to drive solutions.
