    Vacancy: EMEA Sales Manager-CMO

    As the EMEA Sales Manager you will be a tenacious individual with a strong commercial mindset who is able to build & develop relationships with new and existing customers. In this evolutive role, the incumbent will focus on increasing the Life Science Technologies (LST) conversion rates with projects generated in the CMO space as well as the development of the relationship with key CMO accounts to secure critical revenue streams for the LST business.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Manage and develop existing and new customer relationships
    • Actively seek, detect & develop new business opportunities (pipeline projects & displacement opportunities) with new and existing accounts and generate sales growth.
    • Coordinate with the supportive functions (Legal, R&D, Finance, Production, etc..) to ensure that internal resources are aligned to support commercial activity for the assigned segments or accounts
    • Participate to contract negotiations (eg. Supply Agreements) and secrecy agreements for the assigned accounts with the support of the Head of Sales.
    • Monitor competitive activity and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies
    • Present LST catalyst portfolio and new products and/or product improvements to customers in conjunction (when necessary) with Technical Service and R&D
    • Interact with the technical teams involved in products design, improvements and introduction to keep up to date with the new materials to be promoted.
    Requirements for the role:
    • Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred)
    • Project Management skills
    • Ability to detect customer needs & position commercial offer in complex technical environments
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
    • 3-5 years Account Management experience in a technical environment
