- Support the Client Success Manager in executing onboarding plans for new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-specific matters.
- Communicate with clients to comprehend their needs, deliver presentations, and attend meetings to explain product value.
- Respond to clients queries in a professional, timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat, logging issues in our CRM system.
- Make outbound calls to customers to support them in achieving 100% compliance, and to introduce and promote new products.
- Import data, establish new client portals, guide clients through the correct processes, generate client data, and provide system training either through online platforms or in-person sessions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information is communicated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to demonstrate systems and products online to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good level of Maths and English
- Salary £23,000 - Pro rata for part time
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. (33 in Total) - Pro rata for part time.

About the Role
We are seeking a Part Time Client Experience Executive who will deliver an exceptional client service to both new and existing clients, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Utilise pertinent computer systems and knowledge base to provide first contact resolution and next step information for all enquiries.
