IT Support Assistant

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will join our busy team providing support across the Firm.
This is a varied role which will involve you working collaboratively with the IT team to maintain the firm's IT systems.
You'll support with maintaining the IT Service Desk, resolving tickets for colleagues and forwarding on requests to secondary support for further analysis.
As you'll be involved in performing diagnostics and root cause analysis, a proactive attitude and creative approach to problem solving are essential.
You'll provide support with the installation, maintenance and upgrading of servers and you will be involved in setting up equipment for new starts, resolving any issues that arise along with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Ideally you will hold, at least, a HNC in Computing and be experienced in working as part of a team to provide the best service possible.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, and you should possess a keen willingness to learn and develop.
We will work with you to enhance your technical skills and experience and provide any appropriate training where necessary.
