    This role would suit an experienced accountancy or tax professional who currently works out with Agri- business and is seeking a change.

    Our Team has an excellent reputation for providing a variety of accounting services to clients, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns and management accounts.

    With offices in the Scottish Borders and Penrith, we can be flexible on where the successful candidate is based.
    You'll prepare annual accounts and tax returns
    Dealing with Farmers Averaging calculations, Capital Allowances and Heritable and Capital Accounts.
    Filing of statutory accounts and tax returns.
    Building good relationships with clients and dealing with their day-to-day queries.
    Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work.
    Strong computer skills would be an advantage
