    Due to expansion and growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Technical Adviser to join our Technical Connection Division . Where you will provide valuable support and contributions for our Partners and Clients.

    Who are we looking for:

    A confident communicator, with a passion for learning and development. An inquisitive and curious approach to work, who enjoys helping others.

    You will learn how to:

  • Provide technical support to the Partnership regarding Tax, Trusts, Protection and Investments and Pensions
  • Provide technical support to the Retirement and Holistic Planning team
  • Administration and technical support on Techlink through periods of rotation in the team
  • To provide technical query resolution service, via phones, ASK, email and Mezzanines, adhering to agreed standards, to Partners and PSS to agreed service levels.
  • Personally contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service
  • Accurately resolve technical queries received via a variety of channels
  • Support the delivery of core service as required
  • Personally display and evidence adherence to the SJP Culture and Values
  • Special Requirements:

  • Hold or willing to work towards a Financial Planning Diploma
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
