    Recruitment Coordinator

    A mixture of remote working, working from our head office in Rotherham and visits to our care homes

    Contract type :
    Full Time

    Due to continued growth and a healthy plan to open several new care homes in the upcoming year we are looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join the Commissioning Recruitment Team at Exemplar Health Care.

    You will report to the Recruitment Team Lead,becoming part of the wider Commissioning Team on a permanent basis. You will be pivotal in assisting with the successful recruitment for our new build homes.

    You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Team Lead in delivering an effective and efficientrecruitment service to fulfil the resourcing needs of all new homes before opening and for a period of time after.

    You will assist with managing a very busy caseload of high volume recruitment for these homes as well as assisting the Recruitment Team during quieter periods.

    You will be supporting the Recruitment Team Lead as well as all of the Commissioning Team through the recruitment and on boarding process; liaising with relevant departments and any other required administrative duties This role will require some flexibility to travel to our offices in Rotherham and our care homes, although there will also be an option for home working.

    Candidates with a driving licence and access to their own car would be beneficial for the travel to our care homes.
