As a Casework Support Officer you can make your own powerful contribution to shaping the built environment of Westminster and supporting the communities who live there.

About You:


Most likely you'll have some experience of working in a planning environment, giving you good knowledge of planning legislation and practices.

A relevant qualification would be helpful. You'll be familiar with computerised record-keeping, ideally document management systems.

We're looking for someone organised, methodical and accurate - the role is very busy and standards are set high.

You'll also be able to deliver good customer service and to communicate effectively with everyone from planning officers and agents to members of the public.
