Working Hours:
Rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00


Salary starting from £26,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE**Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service skills? We are looking for an individual who is motivated and proactive to fulfil the exciting role as a Service Advisor in Andover.


This role involves maintaining existing relationships and building new relationships to ensure we deliver upon all our customers need - booking in routine servicing, defects, MOT's and breakdowns, updating customers on job completion and raising invoices for work carried out whilst ensuring we deliver excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create job cards, checking for existing parts and service WIPs and campaigns
  • Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for repair
  • Check account detail and level of credit left, obtain authorisation and obtain order numbers from customers
  • Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed
  • Ensure all MOT appointments are planned
  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner
  • Agree timescales for unscheduled work with customers and follow through to completion
  • Order and organise parts from outside suppliers
  • Organise the loading and costing of MOTs in our onsite ATF lane
  • Maintain and monitor the site's Health and Safety files
  • Assist with driver defects
  • Ensure all equipment in the workshop is kept up to date
  • Liase with the Workshop Foreman and team

  • Working with the customer to build professional relationships to ensure all customer requirements are scheduled in a timely manner.

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Manage tasks from the customer externally and internally within the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed in the desired time frame.

  • Be able to overcome any obstacles that present themselves under pressure whilst ensuring the customer's needs are still met.
