- Overseeing and managing day to day operations in the engineering department.
- Managing full cycle projects from inception to delivery covering installations and process changes.
- Managing the recruitment for the site and engineering team.
- Upskilling and providing guidance to the hands-on engineering team.
- Attending and running daily production meetings.
- Senior site management responsibilities and working closely with other departments.
- Adhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on site.
- Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject
- Experience working in a senior engineering management position previously.
- Experience working in the food or FMCG environments and comfortable working to a fast pace.
- Ability to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.
