Role Overview:

As a Senior Receptionist, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team. Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and inviting demeanor, ensuring their experience begins positively.
  • Managing the reservation system, including experience with OpenTable, SevenRooms, or Guestcentre.
  • Assisting with guest inquiries, reservation confirmations, and special requests.
  • Coordinating with the restaurant and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handling checkins and checkouts efficiently.
  • Responding to phone inquiries and taking reservations.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
  • Providing information to guests about the restaurant and the local area.
  • Assisting in maintaining the security of the premises by following established procedures.
  • Supporting and training junior reception staff.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is required.
  • Proficiency with reservation management systems such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or Guestcentre.
  • A warm and engaging personality with a welcoming smile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Wellgroomed and professional appearance.
