At Vita Health Group we have an exciting opportunity to work within the central Facilities department delivering operational support for premises across the estate's portfolio,

The role will include back-office administration for planned and reactive maintenance, building compliance and other facilities related tasks.


You'll have a real impact on the business by supporting with facilities related projects relating to the improvement and growth.


Skills and Experience
Essential

  • General office experience
  • General administration tasks, good knowledge of word and excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Ability to work productively as part of a team and individually
  • Experience dealing with third party suppliers or contractors

Desirable

  • General building knowledge
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Working within an FM department

Additional information

  • Ability to drive with access to transportation
  • Ability to work remotely where necessary
  • Ability to work unsociable hours when required
