Join our client at their reputable retirement home in Perth We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to contribute to the exceptional care and services they provide to their residents.

Fridays from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.You will also benefit from the cycle-to-work scheme, bereavement leave and employee assistance programme.

As a Deputy Manager, your role involves aiding the Manager in overseeing the retirement home. Your primary goal is to ensure tenants receive excellent tenancy management and property maintenance services for their homes.

Additionally, you'll assist in maintaining communal facilities to create a welcoming, secure, and comfortable environment for both tenants and the public.

Furthermore, you'll actively promote tenant participation and engagement in utilising these facilities to their fullest extent.

The role requires experience in housing, social care, or health services settings, whether through work, personal engagement, or volunteering.

Awareness of the specific needs and rights of older individuals in supported housing settings is essential, along with the capability to handle emergency situations effectively.

A qualification in Housing or a related field, such as HNC/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, would be desirable.
