    Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

    Castle Education are looking to appoint behavioural SEN teaching assistants to support a student with extreme challenging behaviour needs, for a temporary position in a local schools in the Scarborough area.

    Paying £15 per hour for this role. Work closely with the teaching team to support students with behavioural difficulties in the classroom.
    Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, ensuring their emotional well-being and engagement in learning activities.
    Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized behaviour plans for students.
    Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions and social skills training to students with behavioural difficulties.
    Support students during transitions between activities and help them develop independence and self-regulation skills.
    Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians and other stakeholders to ensure consistent support for students.
