- Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, improving online conversion + increasing online store traffic.
- Liaise with and manage performance of external marketing agency - responsible of all ad manager accounts
- Creating content + posting on all social media channels
- Web design + basic html understanding would be beneficial as well as being a keen copywriter with broad marketing know-how.
- Knowledge + experience of using Facebook Ad Manager would be a bonus
- Would be beneficial to have experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

We are looking to hire someone who is passionate about marketing, with experience in design + basic html understanding as well as being a keen copywriter with broad marketing know-how.
Key Responsibilities include content creation, managing our social media accounts, creating and populating a monthly marketing calendar, reporting on paid and unpaid social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Tumblr), mail out campaign creation/management, innovating + communicating marketing strategy, progress + results.
