Job description:


Prepare and set up training environments, kit and other learning resources on a daily basis to ensure smooth delivery, monitoring and reporting, or escalating any issues as appropriate.

Brief Associate Trainers and Role Players providing direction to meet learning objectives and individual student assessment requirements.


Person specification:


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and setting up training environments, kit and other learning resources on a daily basis to agreed content and assessment specifications.
  • Reviewing and revising, under the guidance of lead trainers and learning design leads, training materials and resources to address changes to the curriculum, professional practice, guidance, standards and/or feedback from quality assurance data trends. Updating version control log to ensure that learning resources are always accurate, uptodate and that definitive records of revisions are maintained.
  • Undertaking Risk and Health and Safety assessments including CoSHH and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) checks and completing accident/incident reports where necessary, to ensure a safe working environment for students and other trainers, College employees and visitors.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within a training delivery environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and removing unnecessary barriers to service delivery.
