Job description:
Prepare and set up training environments, kit and other learning resources on a daily basis to ensure smooth delivery, monitoring and reporting, or escalating any issues as appropriate.
Person specification:
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up training environments, kit and other learning resources on a daily basis to agreed content and assessment specifications.
- Reviewing and revising, under the guidance of lead trainers and learning design leads, training materials and resources to address changes to the curriculum, professional practice, guidance, standards and/or feedback from quality assurance data trends. Updating version control log to ensure that learning resources are always accurate, uptodate and that definitive records of revisions are maintained.
- Undertaking Risk and Health and Safety assessments including CoSHH and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) checks and completing accident/incident reports where necessary, to ensure a safe working environment for students and other trainers, College employees and visitors.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- A NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience of working within a training delivery environment
- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and removing unnecessary barriers to service delivery.
