They are looking for somebody to help them to continue that service during a period of maternity leave from mid-June 2024 for a period of 11 months, with a possible extension to 12 months.

They need somebody with excellent administration skills, who can pick up the role quickly. Ideally, the candidate will be an experienced Recruitment and/or HR assistant, used to managing and prioritising a busy transactional role, co-ordinating recruitment campaigns with managers, administering starters and leavers, working carefully and discreetly with confidential data, liaising with external providers (e.g. regarding employee benefits) and responding to routine HR and recruitment enquiries.

They are looking for somebody to work the equivalent of 3 days (22.5 hours) per week. They have no fixed idea of which days those will be so can adapt to the individual (within Monday – Friday) but would need some flexibility from the individual to switch days when needed to provide cover, assist with interviews etc. This role is office-based, at their Manchester City Centre site, with occasional travel to their other sites in Liverpool, Chester and Sheffield.

They encourage swift applications and will close when they have sufficient applications shortlisted for interview.

They positively encourage applications from all sections of the community and operate an equal opportunities approach.
