A Project Finance advisory role in an international bank in London.

The role is to assist in the origination of new business opportunities and execution of financial advisory mandates and lending transactions in the Natural Resources Project Finance/Infrastructureteam.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial advisory mandate origination and execution
  • Financial modelling
  • Origination and execution of suitable transactions within the identified sectors/geographic areas
  • Credit Application and Pitchbook preparations
  • Obtain all necessary internal consents and credit approvals
  • Contribute to overall professional management of client relationships

Key Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of project Finance
  • Good financial analytical skills / financial modelling ability / accounting knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse portfolio of assets across power, natural resources and infrastructure sectors
  • Understanding of risks associated with project finance transactions
  • Knowledge of legal documentation
  • Previous sector experience
