    Our target market is holiday accommodation in three key sectors:
    camping/glamping, holiday property agencies and motorhome/campervan hire. Our software-as-a-service (Saas) runs on a B2B subscription model. Our platform helps businesses streamline their operations with automation and enhance guest booking experiences. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full Stack Developer.

    Full Stack Developer Job BriefWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions.

    You'll be part of a small, cross-functional development team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

    As a team you are ultimately responsible for delivering leading booking management software to our customers who in turn wish to offer the best possible booking experience for their guests.

    As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around multiple front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, databases, APIs and third-party libraries.

    You will be happy to have complete, end-to-end ownership of projects.

    You will have a holistic approach to software development with the ability to cater both to user experience and functionality.

    Key role objectivesWork across the full stack, building highly scalable solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growthDevelop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirementsAssume ownership of new projects, from conceptualisation to testing and deploymentEnsure application performance and uptime, maintaining high standards for code quality and application designWork with agile development methodologies, always adhering to best practices and being open to continued learning opportunitiesKey responsibilitiesWork with the development team and product manager to formulate ideas for software solutionsWork with the wider team to consider and then fulfill approved requests for features and improvements to the softwareDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild the front-end of applications through appealing visual designFurther develop and manage well-functioning databases and applicationsContribute towards writing effective APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade softwareCreate security and data protection settingsBuild features and applications with a mobile responsive designWrite technical documentationCollaborate remotely across Slack, ClickUp and ZoomRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleExperience developing desktop and mobile applicationsFamiliarity with common stacksKnowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Vue 2.6 and ReactKnowledge of back-end languages (mainly PHP and )Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX designExperience in designing and integrating RESTful APIsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExcellent attention to detail, debugging and optimisation skillsOrganisational skillsAn analytical mindDegree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant fieldBenefitsCompetitive salary.
