We are seeking to appoint Teacher and a Key Stage 5 Lead starting from 1 st September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to develop their talents within Ifield School at the Sixth Form provision based at North Kent College. If you are a teacher that finds new and creative ways to teach and develop the skills of others, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working closely with the extended leadership team is an essential element of the role. The Cedar Federation will offer the right person fantastic opportunities to develop their own professional knowledge and expertise.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and creative teacher, with a track record of impacting positively on the lives of students, to lead with a focus on preparation for adulthood within the Key Stage 5 team and inspire others to continually strive for higher standards and new innovations.

The successful candidate will be a good to outstanding teacher. The post holder will play a vital role in improving the quality of teaching and learning within Key Stage 5. The development of others is vital to this role, therefore previous experience in leading teams is important.
