Join our dynamic sales team a sales team leader.

We're seeking motivated and driven individuals who are looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in the sales industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team to ensure meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Work closely with our experienced sales professionals to learn about the sales process, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Develop your communication, presentation, and negotiation skills through practical experience.
Participate in lead generation, market research, and customer outreach initiatives.
Attend sales meetings and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires excellent communication skills both with others and within the company.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a team of professionals. This position requires a willingness to train new employees on product information, processes, policies and procedures as well as provide coaching on personal performance within the company's goals and objectives.
