Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Peterborough.

While some form of marketing experience is preferred, what they value most is creativity, innovation, and the ability to work independently.

You'll have the freedom to work from your own ideas and take the lead on marketing tasks, without the need for constant direction.

With a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, and Monday to Friday office-based hours, this role offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward.

Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Generate engaging content for various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
Take ownership of marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Collaborate with directors to understand company goals and translate them into actionable marketing :

Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a small company or start up environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.
