- Lead Electrical Architecture, Module owner & Test Teams to implement new/existing features
- Lead investigation and resolution of technical issues
- Report EE Integration status in engineering reviews and escalation forums
- Coordinate complex feature implementation/debugging and ensure timely issue closure to meet program timing
- Provide support for Prototype build, production line, and fleet maintenance
- Manage change requests delivery with traceability and agreement from key stakeholders
- Work experience in technical automotive electrical and software roles, preferably with complex hybrid vehicles
- Familiarity with automotive architectures and communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
- Thorough understanding of product development cycle, focusing on software deployment and integration
- Expertise in automotive diagnostics standards and tools, along with complex issue resolution leadership
- Proficiency in vehicle analysis using Vector tools, diagnostic commissioning, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in circuit diagram reading, requirements interpretation, and functional safety/cybersecurity
- Strong communication skills with a focus on escalation and reporting
- Knowledge of scripting languages and test properties development
- Expertise in automotive development systems and preferred commodities

Our leading services client is seeking a Contract Software Integration Manager to join a vibrant Automotive team in Gaydon.
As a Software Integration Manager, you will take charge of the complete technical leadership of a project, act as the main point of contact for all technical issues, and oversee coordination and prioritization of issue resolution.
