The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include but not limited to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to address customer concerns and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our company's products or services and effectively communicate that information to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering product or service information and recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems, complaints, or conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Offer appropriate solutions, alternatives, or refunds when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating customer information, processing orders, and addressing billing or payment inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven B2B customer service representative or account management experience
  • Trained in CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
