Equifind are supporting a top tier multi award winning International private equity firm based in London's West End to hire a Senior Associate (Manager grade - Accountant/ Analyst level)


The Private Equity business focuses on a variety of asset classes and strategies and has an AUM of over £50Bn.

This hire is through growth due to the rapid growth throughout the firm.


Based in London's West End, currently working in a hybrid work pattern, where everyone is treated as adults and the role is within a team of 12.


The Role:
Reporting into an FD the role has a lot of variety and depth to it along with project work. The role is very much overview and is indirectly managing a series of outsource providers across Europe.

  • Financial reporting and oversight of audit of each entity, VAT, Tax work
  • Budgeting for the entities, P&L analysis and variance commentary
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Oversight of external accountants
  • Business partnering with the deal team, tax and treasury
  • Ad hoc work including process improvement, data migration and system roll out and alignment; KPI reporting & analysis and deal team due diligence and support

Requirements:


  • Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 03 years PQE
  • Strong financial services experience
  • Can be coming from practice or from within industry
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Effective communicator, drive and professional

What's on Offer:
- £60,000-65,000 base salary, dependant on experience
