A truly exciting opportunity for a BI Reporting Developer to join one of the most recognisable brands across the region, the East of England Co-op.

The role will be based in Wherstead, however they offer remote working and ample flexibility, as you wouldexpect from a leading employer with a fantastic culture.

Over the last 3 years they have gone through an exceptional period of transformation, implementing new data and reporting solutions across the business.

There is huge complexity in this change, and now the solution has been built, it is time to drive changein how data is reported and captured across the business, to offer true organisational insights and analytics.

The Visualisation Developer will make the most of the platform and turn the data into actionable insight, to support with the strategic aims of the business in being truly data lead.


Duties include:

  • Supporting Report and Visualisation Design.
  • Own report development standards.
  • Adopting an agile methodology, dealing directly with business users.
  • Development & Delivery of Self-Service solution
  • Explore new Tech and enhancements to the BI solution and its potential use
  • Report & Dashboard Development in line with Society priorities

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous proven experience as a Business Intelligence developer.
  • A strong background in data visualisation using WebFocus, PowerBI, QlikVIEW or Tableau
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • WebFocus is the product in place, so it is important you are willing to learn this tool, if you have not had previous direct experience.
Although experience is key, attitude is just as important so training and support will be offered.
