    Description
    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving, loading and unloading the van.

    You will select items which are suitable for sale, communicating effectively with customers and ensure Gift Aid opportunities are maximised.

    You will work in the store preparing items for sale and providing excellent customer service.

    Please note this role will involve both regular driving to collect of saleable items and work in the store.

    *This role will support you to:
    • To ensure the store runs at a profit and maximise income achieved from retail sales
    • To provide a destination where people can find out more about The Benjamin Foundation and the work they do in the local area
    • To present a positive and professional image when dealing with staff, customers and potential customers
    • To actively promote re-use and prevent furniture and electrical goods from entering the waste stream
    *Requirements for this role*· Full clean Driving Licence and ability to drive large vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes

    • Experience of working in a customer facing, retail environment using EPOS systems
    • Experience performing and planning multi drop deliveries
    . PAT testing qualification or willingness to achieve this

    • Knowledge of Kings Lynn & the surrounding areas
    • Basic knowledge of furniture & furniture repair/restoration
