    Basic Function

    Reporting to the Shipping Office Supervisor and Logistics Operations Manager, this position provides for the fulfilment of all sales orders and for the coordination of the day to day site shipping operations associated with on site warehouses 170/171.

    Working in close liaison with the Customer Service Team, Operations, plant planning, delegated buyer, Quality and Materials Handling teams, this position performs a key role within the site, and EU, Supply Chain process applications and is the focal point for all shipping activities and sales order fulfilment status for Crumlin site.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Plant customer service, delivery, performance through the timely execution and fulfilment of sales orders in accordance with sales and customer delivery requirements. Monitored through Celonis.

    Focal point for day to day liaison with Sales, Customer Support and associated business contacts

    Foster an atmosphere of cooperation across multiple interfaces both on and off-site with internal and external third party logistics service suppliers, hauliers

    Support reviewing, monitoring and report performance of third party Logistics service providers and associated operations, safety, cost and quality of service.

    Maintain and support reporting systems and processes for site logistics operations and supply chain performance aspects, safety, cost and operational KPI's

    Responsible for ensuring that all export and import shipping related transactions are conducted in accordance with LYB compliance rules and customer, plant and Sales requirements.

    Comply with all reasonable directions given to you by any superior or Manager

    Follow parameters set by transport procurement in Transporeon and liaise with transport procurement when the primary supplier of a transport lane can't deliver.

    Receipt POs placed by the delegated buyer for third party, inter company purchases. Report any differences highlighted by hauliers when they come to book in.

    Maintain a booking in sheet for all inbound traffic and list any non compliant parties.

    Maintain JCDC and UKDC booking from the stock replenishment team and advise Sales, CSRs on delays and amendments.

    Min. Qualifications

    Business studies or similar business-related qualification or relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service operational environment, preferably within chemical/polymers manufacturing or a warehousing/logistics environment.

    Vocational qualification in an appropriate field of expertise preferred.

    Knowledge of SAP within PRD/BWP
