- Customer Care / Updating on their open/ongoing repairs or orders
- Liaising with colleagues
- General administrative duties as requiredRequirements:
- Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment
- A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships
- Good communication and teamworking skills are essential
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Service CoordinatorLocation: Midsomer Norton, RadstockHours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm (30 minute lunch)
Rate of Pay:
