I am currently seeking an Associate level candidate who is eager to advance their career in a dynamic and diverse role, contributing to the team's ongoing success.

This position is within one of the most lucrative teams in a leading global property firm. You will represent affluent overseas investors, overseeing their prestigious super prime office portfolio in Central London. This portfolio includes esteemed properties such as The Post Building and The Adelphi, which grace the London skyline. Managing assets primarily located in the west end, ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 square feet, is a responsibility entrusted to only a select few.

The role emphasizes enhancing building performance, as well as focusing on occupier engagement, wellness, sustainability, prop-tech, and other ESG initiatives. Additionally, it offers opportunities to participate in due diligence processes, explore areas beyond core property management, and expand internal networks through cross-selling endeavors.
