- Operate as the Delivery Manager for a high profile customer onboarding digitalisation project.
- Ensure delivery is of high quality and aligned to the strategic goals of the bank.
- Manage project workstreams to ensure effective changes.
- Manage project budgets and provide effective resource management.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders - including senior management, partners, and members of the board.
- Work closely with technical colleagues in a hands on capacity.
- Manage two BAs who will sit directly underneath you, acting as their line manager.
- Provide clear updates on progress, risk, and issues.
- Hands on delivery of all technical change projects.
- Experience working in small/medium sized firms with hands on delivery of change projects.
- Delivery of business, IT change, and technical change projects.
- Strong experience of customer-facing IT projects.
- Agile and Waterfall experience.
- Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders.
- Change management qualification (i.e. APM, PRINCE2 etc) desirable.
