TECHNICIAN POSITION - Borehamwood

Reputable franchised OEM dealer group offering career advancement opportunities amidst the shift towards electrification vehicles.

Starting Salary: £30,000 +
Additional Bonus: Up to £10,000 annually

Our client, a dynamic Dealer Group with exciting future prospects, is seeking a proactive and skilled technician to enhance their dedicated team.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out routine vehicle servicing following manufacturer guidelines
Perform diagnostic assessments to pinpoint and resolve customer vehicle issues
Execute electronic visual health checks (eHVC) on all vehicles, delivering detailed reports with expert recommendations
Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow workshop colleagues
Ensure all servicing tasks are conducted safely and to high standards, adhering to internal and manufacturer specifications
Engage in continuous training to stay abreast of product and service updates

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Holds a Level 3 certification as a vehicle technician and possesses a valid UK driving license / open to applications from ambitious Level 2 Technicians seeking career progression
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to convey technical information clearly to individuals without a technical background
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen focus on meeting deadlines
