Two of our key People priorities are Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and Wellbeing and Engagement.This role will promote, champion and lead diversity, equality, wellbeing and engagement programmes across the organisation to support equality and wellbeing for staff and service users.
Day to day, you will be consulting with the organisation and stakeholders to initiate, lead and deliver DE&I and Wellbeing proposals to support our strategy.
You will also be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to support the delivery of initiatives that help deliver our People & OD strategy and collaborating across the team to support the delivery of key programmes and progress reporting on plans.
This post is fixed term for 6 months to cover the needs of the service.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
