From onboarding new recruits to orchestrating dynamic training sessions for the company's seasoned pros, you'll be the driving force behind the team's success. Collaborating closely with Sales Management and Company Directors, you'll craft innovative training materials and programs that inspire and invigorate.

    In this Property Investment Sales Trainer role, you will be transforming sales consultants into superstars Dive into the action with daily face-to-face training sessions, infusing energy and expertise into every interaction. You'll establish touchpoints to keep the team firing on all cylinders and set weekly intentions to help contribute to long term goals.

    You need to have a proven track record in sales training, coaching, and techniques. Your expertise will be the catalyst for the team's success, driving them to A** performance levels.     The role

    • Design and deliver training programs for the sales team, including new hire training, ongoing skill enhancement, and product/service training.
    • Collaborate with Sales Management to identify training needs and develop training materials and resources.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to ensure consistent and effective learning experiences for the sales team.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current training and inductions in place and make improvements as needed.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices in sales techniques and training methods.

    The person

    • You don't have to be from an investment sales background, although it would be advantageous if you are.
    • You must have a property and/or sales training background.
    • If you hold qualifications for any NLP courses, this would be of interest, in addition to any other sales training qualifications.
    • In this floor walker role, you will want to lead by example and pick the phone up if needed
    • Know how to elevate a sales consultant to an A** grade status.
    • You must have previously trained internal sales teams (essential)
    • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to analyse training needs and develop effective training materials.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, learning management systems).

    The package

    • Up to £60,000 Basic Salary D.O.E (OTE up to £80k)
    • Quarterly bonus incentives
    • Monday to Friday, min. 40 hours per week, hybrid 2 days from home max.
