Working Hours:37 hours per week

Salary:
£30,244 - £35,581 (depending on skills and experience)

The Opportunity

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Supporting and coaching colleagues in order to achieve individual, team and departments goals and aspirations. Supporting all aspects of the Planning cycle, including creating work orders, contacting customers where required and allocating work.
  • Working with the Scheduling Agents to resolve any escalated queries or appointments from the network and customers to ensure positive customer journeys.
  • Providing detailed insights to specific processes areas within the planning processes and therefore ensuring that the plans being created are deliverable and realistic. Including Analysing complex problems and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Analysing and evaluating data and identifying underlying issues and root causes whilst assisting stakeholders in understanding situations that contribute and lead to variances.
  • Ensuring that field force availability and nonavailability is kept up to date so that the network has accurate visibility of resources by ensuring our systems are updated accordingly
  • Developing and documenting standard working methods for short cycle planning and scheduling of work including reporting on resource levels against varying criteria, i.e. skills, shifts, locations, standby, contingency levels
  • Analysing complex problems and providing recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills for this role:


  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages.
  • Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware)
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within the process
  • Well organised, motivated, resourceful and able to demonstrate that you are passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on your own initiative
  • Motivated to learn new skills and tools and be flexible to deal with change
  • Work to team SLA's and ensure work is captured to meet daily targets
  • Strategic and ordered thinker with strong technical and Analytical skills.
