- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, safety measures, and address concerns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct safety training for team members and regularly inspect work sites for potential hazards.
- Day to day monitoring of test certificates returned to the office.
- To supervise and oversee small to medium sized electrical contracts including the management of day work jobs.
- Arrange labour and materials to complete the project on time and within budget
- To carry out basic estimating and tendering duties progressing onto larger projects as experience is gained.
- Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor in an Industrial Environment.
- Full UK Driving License
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
