Tasks/Responsibilities:


  • Ensure every guest receives service that is to a high standard and is consistent
  • To supervise the daytoday operations of the reception and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
  • Reception Team Leaders are to attend and give a handover at the end and start of your shift.
  • Be utterly knowledgeable of room types, sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates. Maintain an excellent knowledge of room layouts and features.
  • Represent the COMO brand and reflect the COMO Metropolitan London mission statement.
  • Reception Team Leaders should set an example for employees to emulate and act as role models.

Key Requirements:


  • An individual who has a background in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
  • A positive character with a proactive approach and a selfdriven attitude
  • Someone who has Excellent attention to detail
  • You have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
